On the exact day – July 25, 2015 – that Lennar tells my attorney that it’s my fault for sealing (even though Joel Fedora of Lennar indicated I should) and that I voided my Lennar home warranty, Lennar is at my neighbor’s house attempting to yet again repair their pavers. Lennar has determined that the water intrusion issue is caused by improperly installed roof flashing during the construction of my home in 2013.
